An innovative and rapidly growing business is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their vibrant team on an initial temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service within a supportive and energetic environment. This would be an ideal position for a recent graduate looking for work experience, or travelling with a Working Holiday Visa.


The Role
*Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone
*Resolving queries efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service
*Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information on internal systems
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
*Managing follow-up actions and keeping customers informed throughout the process
*Supporting the team with general administration and process improvements where required
About You
*Previous customer service experience, ideally within a call-based environment
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*A positive, friendly and empathetic approach
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Happy working as part of a busy, collaborative team
*Flexible to work 1–2 Saturdays per month (day off in lieu provided)
