Full job descriptionI am looking to speak to any experienced Senior Administrators / Paraplanners to join a highly successful team in London.

This role will involve will involve directly supporting 1 highly successful financial adviser by preparing reports, analysing client data, and assisting with the development of comprehensive financial plans. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong organisational background and a passion for financial planning to develop their career within a professional environment. The is suitable for candidates eager to develop their experience in the financial services industry

Responsibilities
*Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support financial planning activities.
*Conduct analysis of client data to assist in developing tailored financial strategies.
*Assist with the preparation of financial plans, including cash flow analysis, investment strategies, and risk assessments.
*Maintain accurate client records using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and understanding of financial recommendations.
*Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow within the team.
*Support the compliance process by ensuring all documentation adheres to regulatory standards.
*Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
*Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Strong report writing and analysis skills within a financial services context.
*Knowledge of financial planning principles and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems is essential.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
*Ability to demonstrate good time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
*Customer service experience is advantageous, reflecting a professional approach towards clients. *Diploma in Financial planning or equivalent qualification.
