We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist / Showroom Host to provide temporary cover at our premium car showroom on the following dates:
July
*Tuesday 22nd or Wednesday 23rd (Training Day)
*Thursday 24th
*Tuesday 29th
*Wednesday 30th
*Thursday 31st
August
*Monday 3rd
*Monday 17th
*Tuesday 18th
*Wednesday 19th
The hours will be 8.00am – 6.00pm with an unpaid hour for lunch.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and premium showroom experience.
Key responsibilities include:
*Greeting every customer with a friendly smile and professional welcome.
*Answering and directing telephone calls.
*Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and customer areas.
*Ensuring refreshments and hospitality areas are fully stocked and presented to a high standard.
*Offering drinks and refreshments to customers throughout their visit.
*Monitoring customer facilities and replenishing supplies where required.
*Keeping the enquiry logbook accurate and up to date.
*Providing general administrative support as needed.
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience.
*Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
*Is well presented, proactive, and highly organised.
*Can work independently while maintaining a premium customer experience.
