We’re looking for a bright and organised Administrative Assistant who is passionate about building a long-term career within executive support at a major US law firm. In this role, you’ll provide high level administrative assistance across events, pitching, marketing communications and CRM, providing a seamless service to lawyers, external clients and key stakeholders.

Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations, reports and correspondence to a consistently high standard
*Create and maintain files, spreadsheets, schedules and other administrative materials
*Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate room bookings
*Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation
*Handle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionally
*Process expenses and invoices, liaising with vendors and the Accounts Payable team
*Liaise with suppliers, contractors and global Business Development colleagues
*Conduct research, gather data and provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as required
Administrative Assistant Skills & Requirements:
*Previous administrative experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment
*Strong academic background
*Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
*Confident using online research tools and the internet to gather information
*Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
