National services business headquartered in Warrington currently expanding following several acquisitions.
Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, this is a 6-month project role to establish a Group finance structure following recent acquisitions.
Duties will include:
*Establish monthly Group reporting and consolidation processes
*Acquire and implement Group consolidation tool
*Control of the budget and forecasting process
*Key partner working closely with operational FD’s
*Balance sheet review and controls
*Treasury / cash management
What you’ll need to succeed
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
*Strong technical accounting skills
*Available to start immediately, or at short notice
What you’ll get in return
*Initial 6-month contract (outside IR35). Potential for an extension.
*Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
