Job Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will assist teachers in supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities. The successful LSA will help create an inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students have equal access to education.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored support to students as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
*Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
*Help students develop learning and social skills.
*Monitor and report on student progress to teachers.
*Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to support individual needs.
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or similar role is desirable.
