Unlike high-volume conveyancing environments, this firm is focused on building long-term client relationships and delivering a first-class service throughout every transaction.

The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients receive outstanding service throughout the process.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions
*Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing updates throughout the conveyancing process
*Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers and other third parties
*Progressing matters efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
*Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements and internal procedures
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
This position would suit an experienced conveyancing professional looking to establish a long-term career within a supportive and ambitious legal practice.

To be successful, you will ideally have:
*Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload

*Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office
