Our client is a global expert in product development and sourcing, working with leading retailers and brands to create innovative, safe and responsibly designed consumer products. They are looking for an Operations Assistant to join their friendly team in High Wycombe.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service or office experience who is keen to develop a career in operations, supply chain or customer service.
You’ll support customers from order placement through to delivery, ensuring orders are processed accurately and providing excellent customer service throughout.
Key Responsibilities*Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
*Respond to customer enquiries and provide order updates.
*Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues.
*Update customer portals and ERP systems.
*Work closely with Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain teams.
*Produce reports and analyse customer and order data.
*Support continuous improvements and day-to-day operational activities.
About You*Organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
*Previous administration, customer service or office experience is beneficial.
*An interest in operations, supply chain or logistics is an advantage.
