Sales Negotiator | South West London Basic Salary: Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+)
Car Allowance: £300–£350 per month
Location: South West London
Are you an ambitious Sales Negotiator looking to join a well-established independent agency where your earning potential is genuinely uncapped?
I’m working with the number one estate agency in South West London that’s looking to add an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to its successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals and delivering exceptional customer service while benefiting from a market-leading commission structure.
What’s on Offer
*Uncapped commission:
*10% commission up to £250,000 billed
*15% commission thereafter
*Realistic OTE of £60,000+
*£300–£350 monthly car allowance
*Company phone
*Parking permit for Wandsworth Borough
*23 days annual leave
*Office closed between 24th December and 5th January (additional time off)
*Your birthday off every year
*1 in 3 Saturdays
The Role *Register and qualify buyers.
*Conduct property viewings.
*Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
*Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors.
*Generate new business opportunities and valuations where possible.
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
About You *Previous estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator.
*Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
*Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Passionate about property and delivering outstanding customer service.
