Description
*Prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Ensure accuracy and timely completion of month-end and year-end processes.
*Supporting local and international commercial finance team
*Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
*Assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements.
*Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
*Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
*Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
*A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
*Experience in financial reporting and compliance within the industrial/manufacturing sector or from an audit/accounts prep background
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*A detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills.
