We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful organisation seeking an ambitious Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting career within a supportive environment, with exposure to a broad range of financial responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities*Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss analysis and commentary.
*Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
*Calculate and post accruals and prepayments.
*Complete daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
*Support the production of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs.
*Assist with audit preparation and responding to audit queries.
*Prepare and post payroll journals.
*Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal processes.
*Provide ad hoc financial support as required by the finance team.
