We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Temporary Head Concierge to join a prestigious luxury residential development in Watford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced concierge or residential professional to lead a dedicated front-of-house team while delivering an exceptional service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee the day-to-day operation of the concierge team.
*Provide leadership, guidance, and support to concierge staff.
*Ensure all duties and tasks are completed to the required standard and within agreed timeframes.
*Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
*Monitor team performance and address any operational issues promptly.
*Act as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and managing agents.
*Ensure the reception and communal areas are presented to the highest standard.
*Manage deliveries, contractor access, resident enquiries, and site communications.
*Maintain accurate records, reports, and handovers.
*Ensure site procedures, health and safety policies, and security protocols are followed.
*Support the Site Manager and Property Management team with the smooth running of the development.
About the RoleThe proposed hours are 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with the primary responsibility of overseeing and supporting the concierge team. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring tasks are completed as instructed, maintaining high service standards, monitoring day-to-day performance, and providing strong operational leadership across the site.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience as a Head Concierge, Senior Concierge, Front of House Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a luxury residential, hotel, or hospitality environment.
*Excellent leadership and people management skills.
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
*A proactive, organised, and professional approach.
*The ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
*Strong administrative and IT skills.
*A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
