An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join a friendly nursery in Didcot. This role is ideal for a motivated Level 3 Practitioner who is passionate about early years education and eager to support children as they learn, develop, and grow in a nurturing environment.
The nursery provides a warm, engaging, and inclusive setting where children are encouraged to explore through play and structured learning. The successful Level 3 Practitioner will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early years provision and supporting children’s development every day.

Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
*Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
*Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
*Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Promote inclusion, equality, and positive behaviour
*Contribute to daily routines and the smooth running of the nursery
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
*A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
*Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
*A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for early years education and child development
