Hours: Part-Time - 3 Days per Week
Specialist School Setting | £93 - £95 a day


We are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism and ADHD on a 1:1 basis. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while building long-term career prospects in education.

The Role - Hemel Hempstead
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism and ADHD
*Assist students with complex learning, sensory and communication needs
*Support personal care where required in a dignified and respectful manner
*Use visual aids, sensory strategies and tailored interventions
*Encourage engagement, independence and social development
*Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
*Help maintain a structured, safe and nurturing learning environment
