Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a fantastic company based in Leatherhead, who are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join them on a permanent basis as a result of continued growth and success
Managing the daily activities of a team, the role will involve:
*Managing, supporting and coaching team members to ensure they achieve SLAs and KPIs
*Recruitment and onboarding of the customer service team
*Managing company credit card and expenses within the department
*Fleet management - ensuring company vehicles are insured, taxed, serviced etc.
*Disciplinary management when necessary
*Purchasing and managing companies IT equipment and any other requirements within the business
*Escalation of issues within the customer service department
*Gather data and compile reports
*Invoicing
*Support the admin team with issues, queries, and guidance to enable them to perform to the best of their ability
*Coaching and guiding staff
Experience required:
*Experience in supervising a team of admin/customer service staff
*Experience within managing fleet/purchasing
*Confident and approachable and able to work in a buzzy fun environment
*Must live locally to Leatherhead
