Macmillan Davies is delighted to be partnering with an innovative organisation to recruit a HR Generalist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, driving strategic HR initiatives while leading learning and development across the business.
Main duties include:
*Take the lead on learning and development, driving the L&D strategy while designing and delivering training and capability initiatives across the business.
*Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercial HR solutions.
*Coach and support managers on employee relations and all people matters.
*Drive the people aspects of business change and organisational development.
*Use HR data and insights to shape proactive people initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Business Partner role.
*A solid background in learning and development.
*Excellent employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
*A commercial and solutions-focused approach.
*CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
