Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
*Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
*Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
*Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for all children
*Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
*Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity across the setting
*Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
*A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
*A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for early years education and child development
