£70,000 OTE — uncapped commission, no ceiling on what you can earn.
One of Battersea’s most established and successful independent estate agencies is looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their team — and this one comes with serious earning potential.
This isn’t a call centre operation with a stock list scattered across London. It’s a genuinely local, single-office independent with an outstanding reputation, where the majority of the property register sits within walking distance of the office. You’ll become the true local expert, build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers and developers, and get exposure to a strong mix of quality homes and prestigious new build developments.
What you’ll be doing:
*Registering and qualifying applicants, matching them to the right properties
*Running viewings and bringing genuine local knowledge to every conversation
*Negotiating offers through to agreed sales
*Building lasting relationships with vendors, buyers and developers
*Generating new business and squeezing every opportunity out of every enquiry
*Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors and brokers
*Delivering a five-star customer experience from first enquiry to keys handed over
What you’ll need:
*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in residential estate agency
*Confident, personable, and a strong negotiator
*Commercially sharp with a genuine passion for property
*Organised, self-motivated and hungry to hit targets
*A proactive attitude to building your own business
