Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a brand new opportunity as a Sales Administrator to support the Senior Sales Executive with any administration support needed. The reason for this role is due to continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for alleviating any administration enabling the sales executive to do what he does best!
Duties:
*Sales order processing.
*Compile & tender client proposals.
*Liaise with customers and respond to requests in a timely manner
*Taking inbound sales calls when required and taking messages
*Support with sales plans, activities, and promotions, along with general customer service & support
*Ensuring all administration post sale is completed accurately and efficiently
Experience:
*Office experience ideally within a sales or fast paced environment
*Confident and personable, the office is fun and buzzy and they have a lot of banter
*Must live locally to the office
*GCSE’s 6 or above in maths & english
