Full job descriptionWe’re seeking a highly organised Estates Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects, acting as a key link between project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role combines project coordination, financial oversight, and governance support across a varied portfolio of estates initiatives.
Client Details
Our client is an established Oxford based company looking to expand its growing estates team.
Description
*Lead coordination of major and minor capital projects from planning through to delivery
*Act as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, and internal teams
*Manage project finances, budgets, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Monitor progress, risks, and performance, producing reports for senior stakeholders and committees
*Support governance processes, including preparing papers, attending meetings, and tracking actions
*Contribute to procurement processes and supplier management for smaller projects
*Provide analytical insight to improve systems, maintenance processes, and project outcomes
Profile
What we’re looking for:
*Degree-level education (or equivalent) with proven project coordination/management experience
*Strong financial and analytical skills, with attention to detail
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
*Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
*Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
