*Location: TN9, Tonbridge
*Contract: Temporary / Interim
*Hours: Full-time (flexible/hybrid options may be available)
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy and supportive HR team on a temporary basis in Tonbridge. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and confident in managing a broad HR generalist remit.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers across the business.
*Support employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
*Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
*Update HR systems and maintain accurate records.
*Support the implementation of policies and HR projects.
*Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
*Confidence in managing ER cases independently.
*CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Available at short notice or immediately.
