*£32,000 basic salary with enhanced overtime rates
*Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
*21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

About the CompanyWe’re recruiting on behalf of a respected environmental services organisation that’s continuing to grow across the UK.
They’re now looking for a Site Supervisor to lead operational teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.
The Benefits*£32,000 salary
*Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday and 2x Sundays & Bank Holidays
*Monday to Friday working hours
*21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

*Standby and call-out opportunities

The Site Supervisor RoleYou’ll lead teams across a range of planned and reactive works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.
You’ll oversee Health & Safety compliance, manage site documentation, liaise with customers, coordinate resources and support operational planning while maintaining excellent service delivery.
Site Supervisor - Essential Skills*Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
*Strong understanding of Health & Safety and RAMS
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Experience coordinating operational teams
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Flexible approach to travel, overtime and working away
Desirable:
*IOSH
*SSSTS
*Spill response experience
*HGV Class 2
*Previous environmental services experience
