Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Industrial Services Supervisor to lead operational teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

*Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday and 2x Sundays & Bank Holidays
*Monday to Friday working pattern (08:00-17:00)

The Industrial Services Supervisor RoleYou’ll be responsible for supervising operational teams on customer sites and supporting the successful delivery of industrial and environmental works.
The role includes preparing RAMS, leading specialist industrial cleaning activities, organising labour and equipment, liaising with customers and ensuring projects are completed safely, compliantly and on schedule. You’ll also support emergency response operations and provide leadership across a range of planned works.
Industrial Services Supervisor - Essential Skills*Previous supervisory experience within industrial or environmental services
*Strong knowledge of RAMS and Health & Safety legislation
*Experience within industrial cleaning and confined space operations
*High Pressure Water Jetting experience
*Excellent leadership and communication skills
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Flexible approach to overtime, travel and occasional working away
Desirable:
*IOSH
*SMSTS or SSSTS
*CCNSG
*ADR
*HGV Class 1
*Mechanical experience
