Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Credit Controller seeking a new opportunity? A successful business services company based in North Kent is looking to recruit a sole-charge Credit Controller to join them permanently. This role is office-based, and you will be working in a busy and supportive team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Duties of the Credit Controller Role
*Full credit control payment chasing
*Meet and exceed monthly cash collection and debtor day targets
*Resolution of invoice queries
*Issuing and allocating credit notes
*Credit & Debit card payment processing
*Maintenance of all aspects of the ledger
*Posting and correct allocation of cash receipts against customer accounts
*Sales ledger account reconciliations
*Maintaining excellent customer relationships
Requirements of the Credit Control Role
*Solid and proven experience working in credit control
*First-rate MS Excel skills
