The successful candidate will become the internal subject matter expert for HubSpot and play a central role in developing marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and digital best practices across the business.

Job Description



*Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub functionality, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting, and campaign tracking.
*Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance.
*Support sales enablement through HubSpot training, KPI reporting, and integration with connected platforms and APIs.
*Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting, and customer engagement.
*Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to support digital campaigns, platform improvements, and best practice adoption.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications



*Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
*Experience creating workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
*Practical use of AI tools within marketing platforms
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to manage and improve complex digital systems independently
