£35,790.21 per annum
Permanent, Full Time – 39 hours per week (agile working arrangements in place)
Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 15:30

This role will help us to do this by providing a professional roofing service that delivers an excellent customer experience, adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.


In this role, you will be responsible for


*Undertaking roofing work and associated multitasking activities in customers’ homes and empty homes
*Installing skylights
*Inspecting damages and estimate costs of labour, plant and materials
*Repair or replace broken materials (Slate, tile or flat roofing components)
*Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers.
*Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes.


We need people who are


*City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
*Experience of undertaking roofing work and/or within a similar role
*Experience of working out areas and quantities
*Sound building and construction knowledge
*General building maintenance repair knowledge


Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check before appointment and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
