Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Salary: £13.25 per hour
An excellent domiciliary care provider is looking to recruit a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care while supporting and developing a team of care staff. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager and wider management team, playing a key role in maintaining high standards of care and supporting the continued growth of the service.
Responsibilities*Provide leadership and support to a team of care staff delivering domiciliary care.
*Conduct care quality monitoring, spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments.
*Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC standards and individual care plans.
*Support with staff mentoring, training, and performance management.
*Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews.
*Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
*Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals.
*Travel across the Barnsley area to support staff and service users as required.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in a Team Leader or Field Care Supervisor role within adult social care.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
*Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
*A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
