Job Description:
Full job descriptionDelighted to be partnering with my Peterborough based client to find someone on an initial 3 month basis to support them through a period of change. This role reports directly into the Senior Management team. They are requiring a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support the preparation of documentation for a new regulatory application.
Key Deliverables:
*The role will involve sourcing existing policies, procedures and internal documents, reviewing what can be reused, and helping to update, redraft and organise them into a clear and professional format for the application process. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working with detailed documents, tracking changes, managing versions and coordinating input from multiple stakeholders.
*This is a compliance project support role requiring strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with directors, compliance, operations and external consultants.
*Maintain clear document trackers, monitor progress, manage version control and ensure that documents are properly labelled, formatted and saved.
*Identify gaps, inconsistencies, duplicated material or outdated wording across existing documentation and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to obtain missing information or clarification.
*Communicate regularly with compliance, operations, consultants and directors to ensure that the document pack is built correctly and progresses in line with application requirements.
*Follow up on outstanding actions, organise information clearly, support meeting notes where needed and help prepare polished drafts for review.
The Right Candidate:
*Strong administration, project support or compliance administration experience.
*Excellent Word, Excel, Outlook and document management skills.
*High attention to detail and confidence working through large volumes of formal documents.
*Strong written English, formatting ability and version-control discipline.
*Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders and chasing information where required.
*IT literacy and confidence using modern office systems. AI literacy, or willingness to use AI tools responsibly to support drafting, formatting, summarising and workflow, would be an advantage.
*Experience in regulated environment, for example financial services would be highly desirable, although not essential where the candidate has strong document, administration and coordination skills.
This role will ideally require you to start soon. The business is on a great growth trajectory and an exciting period for all.
