We’re looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving digital transformation across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, build innovative solutions, and make a real impact on how people work every day.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop user-friendly solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, helping teams collaborate more effectively, automate repetitive tasks, and gain valuable insights from data.
What you’ll be doing*Managing and enhancing SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, lists, and permissions
*Designing and developing Power Apps that support and improve business processes
*Creating Power Automate workflows to streamline tasks and increase efficiency
*Building engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that support better decision-making
*Working with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions
*Providing guidance, training, and support to users across the organisation
*Supporting governance, adoption, and best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment
*Exploring emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate
What we’re looking for*Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development
*Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
*Understanding of permissions management, governance, and information architecture
*A proactive problem-solver who enjoys turning ideas into effective solutions
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have*Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered tools
*Experience creating simple AI agents or automation solutions
*Relevant Microsoft certifications
