Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
About the Role
My client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis. Working weekends, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, handling enquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
*Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer accounts.
*Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
*Process customer requests, updates, and order-related enquiries.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
*Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
*Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards.
*Support customers with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
Requirements
*Previous customer service experience is desirable.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
*Comfortable using various computer systems and online platforms.
*Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
*Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working setup.
