Full job descriptionWe’re recruiting on behalf of an established business in Milton Keynes looking to appoint an experienced Office Manager to become the central point of contact for the day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a real impact across the wider business.

The Role
As Office Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs efficiently while providing support across multiple departments.
Responsibilities include:
*Managing the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring a professional working environment.
*Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and external enquiries.
*Coordinating office supplies, equipment and facilities.
*Supporting senior management with administrative tasks and diary coordination.
*Organising meetings, events and internal communications.
*Assisting with onboarding new employees and coordinating office inductions.
*Managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
*Maintaining company records, policies and general office documentation.
*Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and efficiencies.
*Providing wider administrative support to the business when required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, approachable and enjoys taking ownership of a varied workload.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator or Senior Administrator role.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across the business.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and solve problems.
