Full job descriptionPayroll Administrator
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a consultancy company based in Waltham Abbey who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team!
Duties:
*Respond to employee payroll queries
*Process payroll inputs, including timesheets, overtime, holidays, and absences
*Verify payroll data before submission
*Calculate 12-month average pay for reporting
*Prepare and post payroll journals across multiple entities
*Support month-end finance processes
*Process weekly purchasing card transactions in MRI
*Assist with Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger activities.
*Provide cover and support for the wider finance team as required.
Requirements:
*Understand payroll process including pensions
*At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
Salary and information:
*£30,000-£35,000 DOE
*Office based with 1 day working from home per week
*Permanent
