Cheshunt Temporary Full Time £13 to £16 per hour Immediate Start
Are you an organised finance administrator with Accounts Receivable experience and available at short notice? We are working with a well-regarded business in Cheshunt who need an extra pair of safe hands in their finance team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. This is a full time position offering an hourly rate of £13 to £16 depending on experience.
This is a varied role combining sales ledger processing with general finance administration, so we are looking for someone methodical and detail focused who can settle in quickly and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you will be doing:
*Processing customer invoices and allocating incoming payments
*Reconciling accounts and resolving billing queries
*Matching, batching and coding transactions
*Accurate data entry and maintaining customer records
*Supporting the finance team with general administration and month end tasks
What we are looking for:
*Experience in an Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger or finance admin role
*Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
*A tidy, organised approach to record keeping and documentation
*Comfortable using accounting software, Excel and Outlook
*A helpful, can do attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
*Someone available immediately who can commit to the full duration of the assignment
