The RoleAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training while learning every stage of the recruitment process.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Building relationships with clients and senior professionals
*Sourcing and interviewing candidates
*Managing the full recruitment process
*Arranging interviews
*Negotiating offers
*Developing new business opportunities
*Market mapping and research
*Becoming a specialist within your market
*Working towards individual and team targets
