Job Description:
Full job descriptionDescription and requirementsAt Skanska, we’re shaping the way we live, work and connect. As one of the world’s largest construction and development companies, we work together with customers, communities and partners to shape a better society.
The Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) is one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects. LTC is a new road that will connect Kent and Essex through a tunnel beneath the River Thames and will be the greenest road ever built in the UK - creating six times more green space than road. The reliable new route will almost double road capacity over the river east of London to reduce congestion and give millions of people more choice on where they live, work and spend their valuable time. We have a diverse programme team on LTC that reflects the communities we work in and fosters an inclusive culture by actively supporting the programme’s Purpose, Principles and Cultural Pillars and growing employee networks.
You will be working in the Commercial Services EF based in Pilgrims Lane where we are responsible for driving commercial transformation across Skanska UK and create smarter ways of working that unlock value, strengthen partnerships and set us up for long-term success.
We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager who will manage the procurement of allocated subcontract packages for Lower Thames Crossing, ensuring that each package is procured in accordance with Skanska policies, project governance and client requirements.

*Work with internal stakeholders to ensure scope, programme, commercial requirements, technical information and evaluation criteria are sufficiently developed before packages are taken to market.
