Full job descriptionA fast-growing B2B sales business is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an ambitious Business Sales Executive to join during a key period of growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6–12 months B2B or telesales experience who wants to move into a higher-earning, performance-driven sales environment where effort, consistency and activity directly impact earnings.
If you want control over your earnings and progression, this is the kind of role where that becomes possible quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building your own pipeline and converting prospects into long-term customers.
*Generate new business through high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
*Engage decision makers and open conversations from scratch
*Build, manage and develop your own sales pipeline
*Convert prospects into long-term commercial relationships
*Work to clear daily activity and monthly revenue targets
*Take ownership of your performance and results
Success in this role comes down to consistency. If you’re not active on the phones, you won’t hit your numbers.

*6–12+ months experience in telesales or B2B sales
*Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
*Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection
*Confident speaking with business owners and decision makers
*Motivated by money, targets and progression

What’s On Offer
*£25,000 basic salary
*Uncapped commission (realistic 1st year OTE: £40,000–£45,000)
*35-hour working week (Monday–Friday)
