Full job descriptionA respected and growing personal insolvency specialist is seeking an experienced IVA Administrator to join their team. This is a key operational role within the business, supporting the end-to-end administration of Meetings of Creditors (MOCs) for Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), ensuring all processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Role
As an IVA Administrator, you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation and execution of Meetings of Creditors, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed correctly and in line with the Insolvency Act, IVA Protocol and internal governance standards.
You will support the insolvency team in managing creditor interactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring meetings run smoothly and outcomes are recorded and reported correctly.
This role offers flexibility around scheduled MOC activity and provides the opportunity to work within a structured, supportive and professional insolvency environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and support Meetings of Creditors for IVA proposals and variations.
*Present and explain IVA proposals clearly and impartially to creditors where required.
*Facilitate voting processes, accurately record outcomes and prepare formal reporting.
*Ensure all meetings are conducted in line with the Insolvency Act, IVA Protocol and regulatory requirements.
*Provide administrative and procedural support to the insolvency team.
*Handle creditor queries professionally and in a timely manner.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant and audit-ready.
*Support continuous improvement in governance, compliance and operational efficiency.
Skills and Experience Required
*Experience within IVA administration, insolvency administration or creditor meeting support.
*Strong understanding of Individual Voluntary Arrangements and personal insolvency processes.
*Knowledge of the Insolvency Act and IVA Protocol.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Confident, professional approach when dealing with creditors and stakeholders.
*Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
