Full job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager to join a fast-growing business based in London. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering results in a target-driven environment.
You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, responsible for retaining and growing revenue, understanding client needs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. This is not a passive relationship management role — we are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and genuinely invested in the success of their clients.

Key Responsibilities•Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
•Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base and work to grow revenue in line with targets.
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
•Conduct regular account reviews, presenting performance data and strategic recommendations to clients.
•Collaborate with internal teams — including sales, product, and operations — to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
•Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and forecasting using CRM tools.
•Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments relevant to your clients’ sectors.
•Represent the business at client meetings, events, and presentations as required.




What We Are Looking For•Proven experience in an Account Management, Client Success, or similar commercial role — ideally within a B2B environment.
•A strong track record of retaining and growing accounts, with demonstrable revenue results.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and can adapt your style to different audiences.
•Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into revenue.
•Highly organised, with the ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball.
•Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable working with data to inform decisions and reporting.
•London-based or able to commute to London regularly.
