*Take an active role in developing and leading the Early Years SEND provision
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reflective teacher who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
*Has experience teaching within Early Years or Key Stage 1
*Has a strong understanding of inclusive teaching and supporting pupils with SEND
*Has experience supporting children with Autism, communication needs and a range of additional learning needs
*Is confident leading a team and helping to develop high-quality Early Years practice
*Builds strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
*Has high expectations alongside a warm, nurturing and child-centred approach
Whether your SEND experience has been gained within a mainstream school with an enhanced provision or within a specialist setting, we would love to hear from you.
What the School Offers
This welcoming and forward-thinking school has built a reputation for providing an inclusive learning environment where children are encouraged to develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Staff benefit from:
*A collaborative and supportive leadership team
*Excellent opportunities for professional development and progression
*Well-resourced learning environments
*A strong culture of teamwork and shared practice
*An opportunity to genuinely influence and develop Early Years SEND provision
Salary & Contract
*Full-time position starting September
*Long-term opportunity with a strong view to becoming permanent
*Competitive salary meeting or exceeding the appropriate Teaching Pay Scale
*Ongoing support from Tara Education throughout the recruitment process
Recruitment Process
Successful applicants will initially meet with a consultant from Tara Education before progressing through the school’s recruitment process.
