You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Royal Papworth Hospital in where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. We are currently looking for a Contract and Compliance Manager who will support the General Manager in the delivery of Contract Performance & Compliance.
As the Contract and Compliance Manager, you will:
*Ensure that the project is compliant with all its PFI contractual obligations
*Lead on the compilation and submission of the monthly Performance Monitoring Report in accordance with contractual requirements.
*Implement processes for regular audit and self-monitoring of all PFI contract requirements and evidencing compliance.
*Analysis on trends and areas for improvement identified through the monthly report and provide support to the wider team to make improvements where appropriate.
*Daily/weekly jeopardy management to include review of CAFM system to ensure timely closure of tasks highlighting areas of potential risk and identifying avenues to mitigate the same where possible.
We are looking for:
*Thorough working knowledge of one functional area through significant job experience & training
*Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function
*Likely to have business experience and/or be a fully qualified professional.
*Experience of auditing/monitoring function
