The Role:
Veritas Education are looking for cover supervisors to join their expanding secondary staffing team to work across a number of partnership schools within the Leeds area. You will be joining Veritas Education’s supply team to help delivery committed, passionate and reliable school support across a range of secondary schools.
Responsibilities:
*Manage classroom behaviour, following school’s policies and setting expectations across the learning environment.
*Delivering preplanned work to a range of classes and age groups, following lesson plans and set structure on the work due to be covered.
*Liaise with class support staff in creating a fun, engaging and structured classroom environment, which students are encouraged to grow academically and socially.
*Ensuring students stay on tasks and that all work set is completed to the best of the students abilities.
Cover Supervisor roles are great for any students looking for additional experience in schools and education settings, or anyone looking to go into teaching and wanting to gain more time delivering to a class!
