Are you an experienced Housekeeper Supervisor looking for a part-time opportunity in Cambridge? This is a fantastic chance to join a welcoming hotel team where you’ll lead the housekeeping operation two days a week, ensuring high standards while enjoying regular hours and weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:You’ll play an important role in leading the daily housekeeping operation by:
*Assisting with cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards
*Organising daily task schedules, leading morning briefings, and allocating work areas
*Monitoring stock levels of cleaning products, linen and guest amenities
*Liaising with Front Office on room status and Maintenance to report repair issues promptly
*Supporting the team to achieve a 20-minute turnaround per bedroom where required
*Leading by example while supporting the wider team, including room attendant duties when needed
What we’re looking for:To succeed in this Housekeeper Supervisor position, you’ll have:
*Previous hotel supervisory experience within housekeeping
*Availability to work every Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility to provide additional cover when required
*A reliable, organised approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
*A strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellent guest experiences
*Experience as a room attendant would be highly beneficial
