Key Responsibilities:You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of Meeting and Events by:
*Motivating, training, and supervising event coordinators and sales staff
*Managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, upselling services, and analysing booking data
*Coordinating dietary requirements, floor plans, rooming lists, and all pre-event information
*Working closely with Food & Beverage, Front Desk, and Banqueting teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
*Supporting the successful operation of a busy Hotel events department
What we’re looking for:To succeed as an Events Supervisor, you’ll have:
*Previous experience within hotel or hospitality event coordination at Supervisor or Management level
*Experience using hospitality management systems such as PMS or CRM software (Guestline or Reslynx would be advantageous)
*Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
*Immediate availability with no notice period or pre-booked holidays
