The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
*Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
*Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
*Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where required.
*Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
*Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
*Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for candidates who:
*Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
*Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Are patient, adaptable, and nurturing.
*Have a genuine passion for supporting learning and development.
*Can work effectively as part of a team.
*Hold, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
