Description
*Lead treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity monitoring.
*Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning activities.
*Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management packs.
*Provide commercial insight through profitability analysis and performance reporting.
*Manage P&L processes including accruals, provisions, and financial controls.
*Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
*Drive continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting, and control processes.
*Develop and enhance financial KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
*Coordinate with central finance, treasury, and commercial teams.
*Support financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Profile
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
*Strong experience in financial control, month-end, and year-end reporting.
*Proven treasury, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
*Strong commercial finance and profitability analysis skills.
*Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to translate financial data into commercial insights.
*Proactive approach with a focus on process improvement and financial control.
*Experience within automotive finance, leasing, or financial services is advantageous.
*Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
