Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are working with a top tier International law firm as they look to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor. The team work with a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of financing transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending.
The Role
*Advising on a range of issues across a full remit of banking and finance issues
*Developing and maintaining knowledge on issues within banking and finance
*Autonomously handled a varied caseload with minimal support
*Actively participating in business development opportunities and maintain currently relationships with clientele
*Provide high quality legal advice to clients
About you
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
* Solid grounding in banking and finance
* Personable individual to work within a collaborative team
* Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
* Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional development
On offer
* Salary up to £130,000 DOE
