The Role
As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will:
*Lead the day-to-day performance and profitability of the lettings branch
*Drive business growth by winning new instructions and increasing market share
*Deliver expert lettings advice and exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
*Carry out rental valuations and advise landlords on pricing and marketing strategies
*Identify and convert new business opportunities
*Lead, motivate, and mentor the team through coaching, support, and regular performance reviews
*Conduct daily meetings and briefings to maximise branch performance
*Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
*Work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve branch and company objectives
Senior Lettings Manager Requirements
*Proven residential lettings experience, ideally in a management position
*Strong track record of winning new business and driving branch performance
*Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
*Commercially minded with the ability to grow market share
*Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Knowledge of the Crawley property market is advantageous
*Full UK driving licence
