*Rate: Up to c£600 (inside IR35/via umbrella)
*Location: London (Hybrid) 1/2x per week onsite
*Duration: 6 month initial contract
*Clearance:Active SC clearance is essential
Sanderson are supporting a major transformation programme seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream.
This role requires a blend of deep Service Design expertise and strong leadership capability. You’ll lead a team responsible for understanding current services and processes, designing future operating models and driving successful transformation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the Service Design workstream across a large transformation programme.
*Drive As Is, To Be and transition state design.
*Lead and develop a team of Service Designers and analysts.
*Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
*Ensure service design activities align with programme delivery and business outcomes.
*Drive collaboration across multiple workstreams.
Experience Required
*Extensive Service Design and process improvement experience.
*Proven experience within large scale transformation programmes.
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
*Experience leading teams and building high performing cultures.
*Expertise in end to end service design, process mapping and operating model design.
*BPMN experience desirable.
