Contract roles – Assessments Teams, County Wide

Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Workers in Hertfordshire.
There is to work in Assessments Teams across the County, including
*East Hertfordshire
*Welwyn
*Hatfield
*Broxbourne

Assessment team
*Case holding - Around 18 cases
*Undertaking C+F assessments, Care planning, presenting cases at strategy meeting/CIN meeting/CP conference and LPM.
*Completing risk assessments
*Wishes and feelings work with children
*Assessment visits to families
*UASC initial processes (C+F to initial looked after review)
*Responding to duty tasks
*Information gathering from multi agency partners to inform assessment
*Lone working
*Preparing meeting reports and minutes of meetings
*Gathering parent and child feedback
