What you’ll be doing:*Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Handling supplier queries professionally
*Preparing payment runs
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:*Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts administration is desirable but not essential
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
*Good communication skills and a proactive approach
*Eagerness to learn and develop within a finance team
